We’re glad you’re here! Below are some frequently asked questions to help guide your experience. We want you to feel comfortable and confident throughout your visit, and we encourage open communication with your stylist to make any adjustments in the moment. Our private rooms are designed to help you relax, and you can even order food while you’re here, making your time with us as enjoyable as possible. The experience is just as important as the style, and we’re here to make sure you feel at ease from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept walk-ins? 

Yes, we accept walk-ins. However, please note that availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that a stylist will be available to provide your desired service. Since our services are tailored to each client, we always recommend booking ahead of time to ensure we can best accommodate your needs.

Is there a waitlist for cancellations?

Yes. Please add your name to the waitlist for your desired appointment time and we will contact you in the event of availability.

Do you work with acrylic or dip powder? 

We do not work with acrylic in any form. this includes but is not limited to dip powder and gel powder.  Please have these removed prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you would like to have your acrylic removed with us, a one time consultation can be scheduled in order to determine the health of your nails prior to booking additional services.  click here to schedule a consultation. 

Do you do extensions?

Yes, we offer extensions! Currently, we work with Aprés Gel-X extensions, which utilize soft gel technology that is gentler on the overall health of your nails. Additionally, we also provide sculpting hard gel and poly gel options.

Can I get Aprés x tensions for my "look of the month" manicure?

Yes, you can! Just select the Aprés Gel-X service and choose "Look of the Month" as the add-on.

​Can I change the colors of the "Look of the Month" special?

Yes, you can! As long as the polish is within the same genre as the special, you are welcome to choose any color you like to create your own look. However, we cannot modify the design in any other way.

I​​ have an issue with my manicure that I received at Marche Nail Studio, what should I do?

If you are experiencing any issues with your manicure, please email us with a photo of your damaged or chipped nail.

We offer a grace period for repairs: 24 hours for regular polish, 4 days for gel polish, and 7 days for Aprés Gel-X.
